Great day with Geoff
Kudos to Geoff for puttin' me on the fish today! :thumbsup:
Wasn't easy, especially after an ominous-looking front passed through the Keys around 6 am. :scare:
Not a lot of fish around in the morning, but Geoff figured out where they were by early afternoon. :educated:
At the end of the day, 6 bones on fly and a 60# tarpon on a bonefish fly (nearly got the poon to the boat, but he wore through the 15# tippet with 20 feet to go for a release :x). Got plenty of jumps out of him though! ;D

Great Day, great casting... The way things started out it would have been easy to bail and head back to the dock but hanging in there paid off!
It's amazing how enthusiastically tarpon eat a well placed "bonefish toad" on 15# tapered flouro leaders! (and bonefish too) ;D

Yeah, I'm back....been AWOL due to computer problems. Still not completely fixed yet, but I was able to get it running today.
